Through hands-on learning, we inspire confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong appreciation for the joys of culinary exploration.

rate is per student. our 12 week curriculum is equivalent to twelve 1 hour sessions. families pay $25/class at this rate. lesson plans will be curated to meet the needs of your group; facilitated through schools and community spaces.
similar to our 12 week curriculum, we offer recurring classes in time frames that meet your needs. 4 session minimum.
book back to back sessions with a 30 minute reset period in between. perfect for accommodating larger groups.
about us
born and raised in Houston, TX. i grew up with a huge appreciation for culinary arts, raised into a family that placed great emphasis on creative exploration. my mother went to culinary school and i was blessed to grow up eating a diversity of nourishing and delicious foods. as soon as i was out of the house, as a young adult, i realized very quickly that feeding myself was a vital avenue for self care, creative exploration, cultural understanding and gratitude.
i spent roughly a decade in the food service industry and natural grocery retail, where my love and curiosity for food only grew. being able to share this passion with young minds translates my enthusiasm into a much higher purpose. having kitchen skills and know-how is integral in learning how to properly nourish our bodies, and in turn nourish our aspirations. enoki is a facet of my desire to share these vital concepts and continually strive for higher learning and self-betterment.
